ºìÐÓÊÓƵ

The ºìÐÓÊÓƵ College Board of Trustees formed a discernment committee tasked with recommending whether the name of Palmer Hall should be changed.  The formation of this committee was the next step in a continuing process focused on contested building names. This discernment process was educational in nature and guided by scholarly inquiry. Therefore,  events were planned for the ºìÐÓÊÓƵ ºìÐÓÊÓƵ to help raise  awareness of the issues involved in the process. The board adopted a set of principles related to contested names in the spring of 2018;  the Palmer Hall Discernment Committee met throughout the 2018-19 school year.
